HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders are shipped based on the fulfillment center the product came from.
  • Average shipping time within Germany: 5 - 12 working days

There are circumstances out of control (natural disasters, public holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there can be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. The shipping company is responsible for delivery.

DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking is available once your product has shipped. Every single product can be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world as our product research team spends the time to source high quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no cancellation fee! You must cancel your order 12 hours after it was created for the cancellation to take effect.

I entered an incorrect address!
If you misspelled or mistyped your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us immediately by email. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 12 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED We ship each item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling of the postal service.
